PUR adhesive, also known as polyurethane reactive adhesive or polyurethane hot melt adhesive is a one-component, 100% solid content, isocyanate (NCO) capped adhesive. When PUR adhesive glue contacts the moisture in the air, the polyurethane prepolymer reacts with the moisture in the air to cure and crosslink forming a strong bond.
PUR adhesive glues provide versatile solutions across numerous industries. They are particularly well-suited for bonding wood and certain plastics. Additionally, PUR adhesives excel in assembling plastic, glass, and metal materials, making them ideal for applications in the automotive, electronics, and general assembly sectors, etc.
PUR glue, also known as “PUR foam glue,” is demonstrated in the video. It showcases the foaming process of the PUR adhesive and includes a test of the bonding effect after the adhesive has initially cured on bonded wood.
As a prominent adhesive manufacturer in China, Hopson® offers a range of PUR adhesive products, including 250ml/500ml bottled PUR adhesive glue, 150g aluminum-plastic tube PUR glue, and bulk PUR adhesive, catering to diverse industrial needs.
